If you're above a certain age, you certainly remember the above poster in every video store at one point. This was the age of the wacky animal movie, after all. However, what is 1991's Bingo actually about? Certainly it must be something.

Episode 128 ~ The Sheep Detectives (2026)

Another modern movie!

This one is a surprise. Part mystery, part family film, part religious allegory and musing on the boundary between life and death, there is more to this movie than you might think on first glance. It uses the framework to tell a surprisingly unique story that is a joy to watch with an ending that is well worth the journey to get there.

Episode 127 ~ Mouse Hunt (1997)

This week we get really obscure (or do we?) with one of the last slapstick comedies of the 20th century, 1997's Mouse Hunt! It's zany, over the top, and weird, but oddly not as dated as one might think despite the time it came out in. That said, it still holds up quite well.
